Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

  • The item is in its original packaging (box, pouches, and tags intact).

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.

  • Customized/Personalized Jewelry: Any items that have been engraved, resized, or custom-made to your specifications.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or promotional sale are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement for any verified manufacturing defects, as per UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  • Please provide photos of the damage via WhatsApp or Email to speed up the process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please visit our store in International City, Dubai, or contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the conditions listed in Section 1.
